At Handmadelight, we strive to create custom 3D printed figurines that meet your expectations. Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Return Timeframe

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery for standard products. For custom products, returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and must be requested within 7 days of delivery. The return request must be approved by us before you ship the item back.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and unmodified
  • Items should be returned in original packaging when possible
  • You must provide proof of purchase or order number
  • For damaged items, photos documenting the damage must be provided
  • Return must be approved by us before shipping

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are handled as follows:

  • For defective or damaged items, we cover return shipping costs
  • If the return is due to customer error or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping
  • For custom products, return shipping costs are determined on a case-by-case basis
  • Return shipping costs may be deducted from refunds when applicable

  • Provide details about the reason for return and any relevant photos
  • Wait for our approval and return authorization
  • Ship the item back using the provided return address and tracking information

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Custom products that have been approved and are in production
  • Items that have been personalized or customized per your specifications
  • Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or modifications by the customer
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase
  • Digital products or downloadable content

Custom Products

Since all figurines are custom-made based on your specifications and approved designs, standard return policies may not apply. We work closely with you throughout the design and approval process to ensure satisfaction before production begins.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged during shipping:

  • Provide photos of the defect or damage
  • We will work with you to provide a replacement or repair
  • Return shipping costs will be covered by Handmadelight

Order Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations are handled as follows:

  • Cancellations before production begins may be eligible for a full refund minus processing fees
  • Cancellations after model approval may result in partial refund based on work completed
  • Cancellations during production may not be eligible for refund
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or contact form
  • Cancellation requests are processed within 2-3 business days

Refund Procedure

Refund processing follows this procedure:

  • Submit a refund request with order details and reason for refund
  • We review the request and inspect returned items if applicable
  • Upon approval, refund is processed to the original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 10-14 business days after approval
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase
  • Partial refunds may apply based on work completed, materials used, or item condition
  • You will receive email notification once the refund has been processed
